Rudolf Rainer is what is called "son of art": his father founded the Rainer Café in Innsbruck in 1962 and Rudolf grew up surrounded by sweetness. After important work experiences all over the world, he arrives in Florence in 2011 to open his business with Silvia Rabito. She also boasts illustrious relatives: grandson of Luigi Barbieri, inventor of the famous "Aperol" and founder of the homonymous company.

A winning combination!

Technique, Creativity and Good Taste are expressed in the classics of the Austro-Hungarian Tradition, Sacher and Strudel in the first place, and in other Tasty Cakes from selected raw materials, in the Macarons and in the Mignon confectionery, including original éclairs, stuffed with creams in various flavors, both sweet and savory. The handmade production of chocolates and a large assortment of yeasts for breakfast is sought after.

Chemistry in an industry, ceramist in her father's bakery porcelain company, entrepreneur in a pediatric supplement company together with her husband, a researcher at the University of Florence on NMR-studied metabolomics, Gianna has the Passion for Pastry as a child: first watching and then producing the desserts only for friends and family ... until four years ago when she created Dolci Pensieri.

The artisan production of Dolci Pensieri is made with ingredients like at home: eggs, milk, butter, sugar, flour, cocoa, etc ... nothing strange but all extremely good. Gianna challenges everyone to make her Paradise Cake by giving her ingredients but she is absolutely sure: it will never come as they do it!

Dolci Pensieri offers traditional desserts but also many invented recipes ... and many cakes in extra virgin olive oil with wild strawberries and candied fruit; green tea with apples, raisins and pine nuts; with mascarpone and orange, dried figs, walnuts and poppy seeds; chocolate and wine; and then eight types of vegans, including two recipes without sugar.

The convivial and genuine spirit of Dolci Pensieri finds itself in the flavor of their cakes and muffins and Pimp My Event Consulting is happy to be able to bring it to the tables of your Celebrations!

For Le Botteghe di Leonardo every taste is a story!

The research and development activity of Le Botteghe di Leonardo is constant and represents, together with the use of natural ingredients, the hallmark of their production philosophy which is based on the search for the highest quality of raw materials and the use of only natural ingredients, wisely combined and balanced to obtain a healthy, genuine and naturally good ice cream: only seasonal fruit; water; high quality fresh milk, cream and yoghurt; organic eggs.
Their ice cream can easily be consumed by everyone: children, the elderly, people subject to intolerances...

For fruit flavors they use only and exclusively seasonal fruit. They do not use pastes, flavorings and colorings to stabilize the taste, which is why their fruit sorbets are never the same: the fruit determines the difference every time. A blaze of clean taste that gives the impression of eating pureed fruit turned into ice cream. The taste, scent and color of their ice creams are authentic and naturally good: a real dip in the fresh ingredients that compose them.

In addition to ice creams, they prepare delicious cakes decorated and garnished with wisdom by their Master Pastry Chefs, totally handmade, with all the flavors of their ice cream; morsels of fresh ice cream covered with dark chocolate and grains; sticks in 3 possible flavors, all harmoniously combined with the intense flavor of the Ecuadorian chocolate that covers them; popsicles, for a refreshing moment without giving up the pleasure of fruit flavor; ice cream cookies for a healthy and nutritious snack. The difference is all to be savored!

Sugar & Spice Bakery or the Art of American Cake Design in Florence!

Sugar & Spice Bakery is a licensed American bakery founded by Masha and her daughter, Saskia.

Masha Innocenti, originally from New York, has always been fascinated by art and cake design. After receiving a CCP diploma from Julia Child at the IACP convention and a Cordon Bleu diploma, she combines her two passions and opens the first bakery in 1993 dedicated to American desserts, developing a unique style in Florence by creating personalized cakes and introducing custom-made wedding cakes before they became so popular here. Her daughter, Saskia Innocenti, also fascinated by cake design, received her Food and Beverage Management diploma at the Buontalenti cooking school.

They work together, here and abroad, offering their cakes creations to villas and castles throughout Tuscany and other regions of Italy. Their wedding cakes have been presented in various publications such as Inside Weddings, Cosmopolitan, Grace, Alice, Mon Chéri, Cake Design Magazine, Style Me Pretty and Destination Weddings & Honeymoons Abroad.
